My weight in February 2013 was 57 kg . With the weight , I feel less confident when being photographed . My cheeks look chubby and plump . I also so not confident when meeting people . Well , because my job kept me often meet other people and I also want to look slimmer when photographed , so I decided to diet .
Experience my diet first stage is to manage your diet . At 6 am I eating oats ( wheat ) , then at 10 o’clock in the morning I eat a snack to snack in the form of the handfuls of bread . At 12 or lunch time , I eat without rice and side dishes such as chicken and eggs , vegetables , and fruits . Then my last meal at 4 pm is the bread , can be a sandwich or bread with jam .
Slowly but surely , my weight dropped to 54 pounds in the first 6 months . Later in the second 6 months of my offset diet with exercise . At 6 pm to 7 pm I work out at the fitness center . I burn about 150 calories .
The sports activities I do each day Monday through Friday . After the workout , I drink water without eating any food . Diet to manage your diet along with the exercise I go through every day , coupled with the considerable sleep 7-8 hours per day .
The result of my weight was down again . My weight 57 kg initially , now a 50 kg . My confidence was gradually growing as I managed to lose my weight .
